Guidelines: In our discussion, let’s leave out any reference to medications, drugs, alcohol. Our focus will be on natural steps we can take to raise ourselves out of sadness to gladness.,

Questions: 
For most questions, I have provided underlined links that will take you to related online information. Try coming up with your own thoughts first – then investigate the links or ignore them – whatever you wish.

1.     What does sadness mean to you? Gladness?

2.     What have you found helpful to raise you mood from sadness to gladness?
